ThomasDesk is a small business based in Palm Coast, Florida, run by Daniel Boissonneault. This page explains, in plain English, what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you request a fit call, we receive what you enter: your name, business, phone, email, the package you're interested in, revenue range if you share it, and your message.
- Client work. If you hire us, we may receive access to business systems (for example email, CRM, calendars, documents, or reporting tools) so we can install your desk.
- Basic technical data. Our host (Netlify) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security. We don't run ad-tracking pixels on this site.
How we use it
- To reply to you, schedule a call, and send you an invoice.
- To design, install, and support the work you hired us for.
We don't sell your information, rent it, or trade it.
Who else sees it
We use a few trusted services to run the business: Netlify (website hosting and form submissions), Google Workspace (email), an invoicing and payment provider such as Square or PayPal (we never see or store your full card or bank numbers), and AI and automation tools used inside your install. We only share what's needed for the work. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Access to your systems
Access is scoped to the workflows we install, using your own accounts wherever possible. You can revoke it at any time. When an engagement ends, we'll help you remove our access.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and client records as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax and bookkeeping rules. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we're required to keep it.
